Payment & Invoice

Digital Transactions


Payments are processed online via secure gateway. Invoices are emailed automatically. No paper invoices will be issued.

Pickup & Delivery Policy

Cutoff & Return Timelines

  • Pickups for the same day must be submitted before 8:00 AM.
    (Orders submitted before 8 AM = pickup same day; after 8 AM = pickup next day).

  • Pickup window: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM only.

  • Return: The following day during the same time window.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

WashBear Laundry exercises utmost care in handling all garments entrusted to us. However, all laundry, dry cleaning, or valet services are accepted strictly at the customer’s own risk.

We cannot guarantee against:

  • Color loss, dye transfer, or bleeding

  • Shrinkage or stretching

  • Damage to delicate materials such as silk, lace, wool, suede, or leather

  • Weak or worn-out fabrics, seams, linings, or trims

  • Damage to items with beads, sequins, buttons, zippers, buckles, or ornaments

  1. Our maximum liability, in any case of loss or damage, is limited to 10 times the cleaning fee charged for the affected item.
  2. Customers are advised to empty all pockets before handing over garments. We are not responsible for any valuables, cash, jewelry, or documents left inside.
  3. Discrepancies in count must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any item not collected within 3 months from the billing date may be donated or responsibly disposed of.

WashBear reserves the right to refuse responsibility for any further loss, delay, or damage arising directly or indirectly from services rendered.
